Location: Lewisham
We require a mechanical supervisor to start work on a project located in Lewisham, London. The project is a brand new build apartment scheme due to complete mid 2023.
Duties include
- Overseeing approx. 15 plumbers on site
- Managing the mechanical subcontractor ensuring they are working to programme
- Daily toolbox talks
- Reporting progresses to the site project manager
Requirements
- Valid CSCS plumbing card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous experience on a large-scale site
- Excellent attendance and punctual history
- 2 x professional references
