We are looking for plumbers for an apartment Scheme located in Manchester (M5).  This is a new build development of approx. 500 apartments with a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms.

M&E works have just commenced and will last for 12+ months.

Free Parking is available on site.

Duties include

·         1st Fixing Apartments

·         Communal areas

·         SVP installs

·         Drainage

Requirements

·         Valid Gold OR Blue Card

·         Previous experience working on large commercial sites

·         Excellent attendance and punctual history

·         2 x professional references
