Mechanical Supervisor– Stockport
Rate: £260 per day
Hours: 8-10 hours per day
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Approx 12 months
Location: Stockport Manchester
We are looking for a mechanical supervisor for a project located in Manchester. The project is a new build apartment scheme. This will consist of 370 apartments, communal areas and outdoor parking.
Duties include
Overseeing all Mechanical Installation
Managing project in accordance with the programme
Daily toolbox talks
Reporting progress to client PM
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS
Previous commercial experience on a large-scale site
Excellent attendance and punctual history
