Duties include

·         Containment

·         1st fix Communal areas

We require an electrician to work on a project located in Uxbridge.  This is a new Build Retirement community development.  6 story scheme consisting of 72 assisted living one and two bedroom apartments with communal space such as lounge, bistro, health & wellness suites and guest accommodation and staff rooms.  There is also above and below ground car parking and landscaping.

Requirements

·         Valid JIB card

·         Previous experience on a large-scale site

·         Excellent attendance and punctual history

·         2 x professional references
