Summary

This scheme was a student accommodation development consisting of 306 beds in the former Savoy cinema. This was in a conservation area within Acton, West London.

Challenges

We were engaged to provide temporary workers comprising a Project Manager, Electricians, and Plumbers. The development lasted 12 months and we had to maintain approx. 20 workers on site consistently throughout the project lifespan.

Results

We delivered the labour for the entire project, without the requirement for the M&E contractor to consider alternative suppliers.
