Summary

This was a large-scale development located at the former perfume factory in North Acton. This was to provide state-of-the-art halls of residence with over 600 student rooms and 85 PRS units located in a series of buildings rising to 31 storeys.

Challenges

The M&E contractor engaged MEP Resourcing to provide an electrical team to deliver the project. They had subcontracted the mechanical works to a mechanical sub-contractor.

Results

This was an 18-month project and we supplied over 30 Electricians during the project. The vast majority of the accommodation, first and second fix, was done on a fixed price basis.
