Summary

A development by Eric Wright Group, this student accommodation was built across 4 x blocks and was to provide 440 bedrooms in clusters and studios.

Challenges

Secured a contract with the M&E contractor to provide temporary labour on a fixed price basis.

Results

We worked with the contractor to agree on a price per room basis and provided a team of approx. 12 Electricians to deliver the first and second fix works on a price basis. In addition, we supported with additional Plumbers on a temporary basis and 2 x Supervisors.
