Summary
This project was developed by Graham Construction and was a development of the former Preston barracks which underwent an extensive transformation to provide diverse working spaces with access to a share prototyping laboratory.
Challenges
Having several workers coming available from another project undertaken in the Brighton region, we were approached by an M&E contractor for assistance with labour supply on this project. The developers requested 18 personnel to bolster their project team. This was a mixture of Pipefitters and Electricians.
Results
The project was approx. 14 months in duration and delivered to the high standard required. What’s more, MEP Resourcing received repeat business from the client off the back of this project.
