Electrical Lead – Data Centre Project
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Salary: €120,000 – €130,000 PA
Package: Flights + Apartment Provided
Rotation: 17 days on / 4 days off (alternative 5 weeks on / 1 week off can be considered)
Eligibility: Accepting UK or EU Nationals
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join a major Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. This role offers the chance to work on one of Europe’s flagship developments while benefiting from a competitive salary package and rotation schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers.
- Review designs, propose value-engineering solutions, and implement improvements for cost efficiency, programme, and quality.
- Oversee quality of workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.
- Liaise with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Identify and communicate design errors or omissions to the design team.
- Establish project resource requirements, motivate teams, and drive performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance on site.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management.
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing project activities.
- Proven ability to lead MEP teams effectively.
- Previous experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
