Summary

This development in Hemel Hempstead included 87 one and two bedroom flats and comprised of 3 x 4-storey blocks and 1 x 9 storey. The development was being constructed by Thomas Sinden Group to provide affordable and intermediate rent accommodation.

Challenges

We were assigned by the M&E contractor to provide a project team. They had subcontracted the electrical works, but they engaged us to provide a team of Plumbers and Supervisors to deliver the mechanical works. This was to be delivered on a price work basis.

Results

MEP Resourcing secured a team of 8-10 Plumbers and 2 x Supervisors to deliver the scheme. The scheme was delivered over 9 months with support for snagging post-construction.
